Doctor Offers Solution on How to Stay Young the First One Hundred Years
Dr. Paape of Healing Arts Chiropractic in Fargo, ND helps locals live healthier and pain-free lives. He has brought the public's attention to this critical topic, and his patients will be grateful for the next 100 years!

FARGO, ND, March 20, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Local chiropractor, Dr. Paape of Fargo, ND, is offering community outreach classes designed to help people live healthier and pain-free lives. Dr. Paape states "it is not normal to have to suffer with pain." He often hears patients use the phrase "well I'm getting older" as an excuse for pain. Age doesn't have to attribute to pain if we take care of our bodies.

The most common cause of functional disabilities in persons over 50 years of age are SPINAL DISORDERS! If we lose our mobility at 65 and live to 105, that is 40 years of immobility and pain. We used to have many more cavities and loss of teeth in years past than we do now. We take so much better care of our teeth now with all kinds of preventive care measures and now our teeth last longer and cause us less pain!

More and more people are also living with less wrinkles! 12 Million people had cosmetic adjustments last year to get rid of another ramification of getting older - wrinkles! Now, we all would like to have longer lasting teeth and less wrinkles. But if you can't move, a lack of mobility will make you look a Lot older than crow's feet! The only reason we respond to our teeth and our wrinkles before our spine and joints is for the simple fact...if our spine were on our face we would take better care of it.

We don't merely want to be able to exist on this planet - we want to be able to live and work and play on this planet - we want to have a QUALITY life! This is why Dr. Paape is taking a stance and has begun offering this community outreach class. He feels that it is important to change peoples' lives, even if it is one life at a time.
